Coffee from Cuba is mainly produced in the Sierra Maestra Mountains. The coffee is produced on small farms where both robusta and arabica are grown. Due to the declining coffee farms, the supply of Cuba coffee is becoming increasingly scarce.

These coffees are characterized by sweet, fruity notes with a hint of cigar and a medium body with medium acidity.
