Mount Kilimanjaro is one of the most famous regions in Tanzania where Arabica coffee is produced. This is located in the north of Tanzania. In the south, coffee is also produced in the Mbeya highlands. The coffee is mainly produced by small-scale farmers. Just like in Kenya, the volcanic soil, together with the height at which the coffee grows, ensures a high and fruity acidity in the coffee.

Bijdendijk can recommend the following coffees:
• Tanzania AA North Kilimanjaro

This coffee is characterized by a fruity and full body, notes of berries and a high acidity.
